Designed for couples who have planned every detail and want a professional to execute it seamlessly. We step in on the wedding day to manage logistics, vendors, and flow—so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

Wedding Day Execution

  • Coordination of final payments and gratuity envelopes

  • Vendor arrival check-in and setup oversight

  • Timeline management and dedicated timekeeper duties

  • Distribution of bouquets, boutonnières, and personal flowers

  • Wedding party lineup and ceremony direction

  • Guest direction and overall flow management

  • On-the-spot problem-solving and vendor liaison throughout the day

  • Reception event cueing (speeches, dances, cake cutting, special moments)

  • Breakdown oversight and collection of personal items

  • Fully stocked emergency kit on-site for unexpected needs

Out-of-Region Day of Coordination

  • For weddings taking place outside of our defined region—Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia—the following travel accommodations are required in addition to the Day of Coordination fee:

  • Round-trip airfare for the coordinator(s)

  • Lodging accommodations for the night before the wedding through the night after the wedding

  • Ground transportation as needed to and from the venue(s)

Drive-Eligible Locations

  • If the wedding location is within a 5-hour driving distance of Washington, D.C., the flight requirement may be waived at our discretion.

  • Mileage and travel time may still apply in place of airfare.

All travel arrangements and related costs are the responsibility of the couple and must be confirmed in advance to secure services.

Optional Add-On: Additional Day-Of Support

$800 – $1,200  |  Available with any tier

For larger weddings (150+ guests), complex venues, or multi-location events, add a second coordinator to ensure seamless execution across all areas.

Additional Coordinator Provides

  • Dedicated ceremony coordination while lead handles reception setup

  • Simultaneous venue management for multi-space events

  • Guest assistance and wayfinding support

  • Vendor check-in at secondary locations

  • Backup point of contact for emergencies

  • 6-10 hours on-site coverage
