That's why we've spend our time building relationships with vendors who either share your passions or deeply respect them. We negotiate. We find creative solutions. We help you decide where to splurge (that incredible custom lightsaber display) and where to save (those IKEA lanterns painted to look like Zelda fairy bottles).
We treat your budget like it's our own because we've been there.
We Believe in Invisible Excellence
Our job isn't to be the star of your wedding day. Our job is to make sure you never see the problems we're solving behind the scenes. The timeline that runs like clockwork. The vendor who's running late but your guests never know it. The emergency kit that saves the day when a cosplay prop breaks.
You should be fully present dancing at your own "con rave," holding hands with your person, surrounded by people who celebrate you exactly as you are.

Our name (Infinitiea) combines "infinite possibilities" with our family name. Because that's what we believe: when you plan a wedding rooted in what you actually love, the possibilities are endless.

Deeper Than "Just Add Some Themed Decor"
When couples come to us, we don't start with colors and centerpieces. We start with questions like:
What drew you to each other?
What stories shaped you?
When you imagine your wedding, what does it FEEL like? (Epic? Intimate? Adventurous? Cozy?)
We go 2-3 layers deep because surface-level answers don't build authentic celebrations. When a couple says "We love Harry Potter," we ask: Which house are you each in, and why? What does that say about your dynamic? Do you want your wedding to feel like the Yule Ball's elegance, or the Weasley wedding's warmth, or something entirely different?
We Speak Your Language
You shouldn't have to explain to your wedding planner why having a "save point" instead of a guestbook matters. Or why your first dance to a Final Fantasy piano arrangement is more meaningful than any Top 40 song. Or why your entrance as Howl and Sophie isn't "costumey"… it's you.
